Poor service

Took out a car insurance with Budget insurance, was quoted R698.52 and I agreed, received a debit check which i accepted. A day later my dealership informed me they insured an incorrect vehicle called them to have it amended. They increased my premium and said it’s because I amended my cover. How is it my fault because their agent captured incorrect details? I received a new debit check, it’s not about the increment that bothers me it’s the principle of punishing me for their errors. 2days with them and I’m not happy at all
