Poor service

This insurance company increased my premium with almost R700, i have sent an email requesting that they rework it to suit my affordability but the worse part, they assigned an *********** junior consultant to deal with my issue, i am very disappointed by his service, he really showed lack of skill as a consultant, he failed to provide advise or solution to my request, he just said there is nothing they can do to better policy. i am very disappointed by his poor service. i just that budget business make sure that they assign skilled and experienced consultant when issue has to do with an advice to the client.
