Poor service

After receiving my rerate letter I made contact with Budget inquiring why my premium will be increasing with such exorbitant amount. This is after being a claim free client for 4 years. I was informed that I would receive a call from management. It has been a week now with no feedback. I will be switching my insurance to another company asap.
