Poor Service Delivery
I made a claim on my vehicle warranty and they delaying the approval, vehicle is being repaired at CARtime at Mthatha and their contact number is *** and my ID ***. Vehicle registration number CFG27687 Chevrolet Cruze 1.6, 2015 model.

02 Jul 2021, 18:44I sent you a cancellation request of this policy and instead of you listening to what I told you on the 1st about canceling this policy you have the audacity to misrepresent the facts as if it's canceled at your own accord and terms although it is me who told you to cancel the policy because it's all a lie this cover as you don't pay for claims, you lying and cheating customers of their hard earned cash under the pretext of extended warranty while knowing you won't be paying for the covered parts. So your email sent today to me is late since I sent a cancelation request yesterday
