Poor service!!!!

I called in on 22/09/2023 to cancel a claim I had submitted and I was told the person in charge of my claim is not available but I will get a call back. To date I have not received any communication regarding the cancellation and it took me calling in to follow up that the person who was supposed to call by the name of Nobuhle is on leave, typical. I suppose this is good customer service for being a loyal client. Next thing someone will be calling me to apologize and promise to do better next time. I am livid 😡.
