Poor Service

I submitted a claim for the ****** wheels and I was told that the turnaround time is 7-14 days.I opened a case with SAPS on 04 july 2025,the same day I submitted the claim.To date my claim is not finalized after more than 3 Weeks.They now telling me that they still need to confirm the case/incident with Saps.I'm frustrated and disappointed at the level of poor service from Budget insurance.
