poor service by the consultants from the innovation group

Budget insurance sold me a third party warranty service. Now I want to claim, they are taking me from pillar to post telling me inconsistent stories, they cannot confirm whether I am covered for the defect or not. The consultants disconnected the line twice and never cared to call me back to fix the issue. Now I am sitting with a car that needs to be fixed and all I asked for was just to find out whether I am covered for the defect or not. I spoke to a guy called Mandla and one other guy (cannot remember his name) and they both did not assist me, if this issue cannot be resolved, I will be happy to shop around for other insurance services.

It's been more than 24 hours since I've been told by a consultant that I will be called today. I still don't have a car to use for work. All I need to know is whether I am covered or not. Clearly this innovation group people don't know either otherwise they would have informed me.

Hi The Budget Team, It's a difficult apology to accept because I believe you have not been told the whole truth. My reasons for calling was because I needed to firstly understand what is it that I am covered for since the company never sent me the policy documents within 24 to 48 hours as promised. Instead, they went them last week after I called them three times. I then spoke to a lady named Nomthandazo claiming that she has an email which proves that the policy documents were sent to me on 15 June 2017. She then sent me the policy documents which only shows that the documents were created on 15 June 2018, I rep**** asking for the actual pst email file which shows me as the recepient with the attached file on it, I am still waiting for that email. I have reason to believe that I was intentionally misled from the time I took the policy given the amount of dishonesty which I have been exposed to. May you please follow up with her and confirm that the actual email actually exist. I will await your reply.

Hi, May you please update me. Yesterday I was promised that I will receive the email, still haven't received anything. I really need to know if the email exists or if I was being misled to believing that it does exist.

I did not confirm receipt of those documents. But I shall await feedback until monday after which I will assume that the email does not exist and take this further. Thank you.

I am not sure if whoever told you that understands the difference between a dated document and a confirmation that those documents were sent to me. That document is not a confirmation but a policy document with a date of 15 June 2017. This is not rocket science, its an exercise which will require one to go to the sent items on their email server, save and send that message attachment to me.

That is not true. No print screen has been sent to me. Have them send you the print screen and you may email that to me on **********
