Poor service: Budget insurance tyre and rims

Poor service from Budget insurance regarding tyre and rim claims, poor service from claiming department as I lodged a claim on monday and no respond from them that they received the quote from tiger wheel and I had to follow up with them and found that they did not receive any but they kept quiet. I forwarded them the same quote with pictures and they claim there is a picture of a disc, but my email have the disc. No feedback yet.
