Poor service - Budget insurance

I wrote an complaint on poor bad service from budget insurance on the 25th June 2025.And they rep**** that someone would contact me yet I still got no reply from them upto now that alone will tell u that they are a poor customer service insurance.brief story - I pay access for my vehicle and budget was legally dealing with this and failed to recover or contact me to this day to update me- they are in breach of their own contract and I want my access back .Poor service insurance company
