Poor service: Budget and Technispray in Lenasia

I was unfortunately involved in a car accident, but was covered by budget insurance. The assessor called me to say I had an option of my car going to Kempton Park or Lenasia to be fixed. I said I would prefer Kempton Park, but was later told by the assessor that his boss Yaseem said it must go to Lenasia. Once there I was told they need to write-off the car because Budget only covers 67% of the insured value. This shocked me as I was not aware of this but must be in the small print. This meant they could not repair the car as it was more than the 67% even though I'm paying insurance for 100% of the value. They then said they will fix the car, but never communicated anything to me. The 1st time I got my car back I was shocked as the boot was full of overspray but more so the noise coming from the wheel bearings. They then fetched the car the 2nd time and cleaned the boot but did nothing about the noise and blamed it on the brakes and linens that must be bent. I then replaced the discs and put new pads and linens on and the bearings still made a noise. The car is now back with them for the 3rd time and they claim they still awaiting parts after having the car for 4 days.
