Poor service

To whom it may concern at Budget Insurance.

Please note that i am a third party, and i need to register a claim from one of Budget's customers. I have contacted Budget on the 18th of August , abd received no assistance. I called again today, got transferred to Legal and spoke to Rachel, who informed me that she cannot help me with the customer's reg number. My car is stuck and i cannot using it, all i am getting from Budget is ignorance together with their customer. How do i get assistance as i only have a registration and ID number of the driver and not tge owner. I am in awe of how Budget deals with potential customers as i was opting to be insured under this brand. I hope to receive a response.
