Poor service and worst experience

I had a very bad experience with them. My vehicle was written off and they had to find me a replacement car of which they said I must also assist in looking for one. However, after a while I was told that they couldn’t find it while I had also shown them various places where a similar vehicle was being sold. I was being assisted by Shafeeq Anter who was very ill mannered and rude.
