Poor service and dishonesty

Let me put it out there that I am so disappointed with Budget Insure service and time management. I have submitted my claim for OIL COOLER that is being covered by you and I fail to understand why am I being sent up and down. When I got my warrant insurance with budget insurance I was so happy because of the good service I got from your call centre agent, not knowing that I am inviting problems in my life. Under Cooling System Welsh plugs, thermostat, thermo- switch, heater radiator and gearbox, engine oil cooler and auxi****y water pump. But now you are telling me stories when you are supposed to fix what you are supposed to fix. I am giving you time to sort this mess out as soon as possible.
