Poor Service and Dishonesty

You guys towed my car on Sunday (03/07/2022) evening after an accident and a consultant told me my car was booked for an assessment today. Suddenly today I am being told it was a digital assessment - why would a digital assessment be done today only if pictures were taken on Sunday evening? I managed to self track the dealership where my vehicle is at and they told me straight upfront that no one came to assess my vehicle or to even take pictures of the vehicle indicating the new "digital assessment" was done based on pictures your towing company had since Sunday evening. 1) You have wasted my time with lies - the past three days and secondly if the vehicle was towed surely it would have indicated a physical check needed to be done and pictures were already available since sunday. 2) I do not appreciate the dishonesty - if your assessor couldn't make it today you could have just communicated to me and come up with a digital assessment booking story. You have had the images since Sunday evening and the vehicle being towed already indicates the damage needed a physical assessment as your consultant who registered my claim stated. Her surname is Zungu - you should have recordings of this actually. 3) Like promised by Deloshni Chetty at 3pm 07/07/2022 I will be expecting a call with the following - confirmation that an assessment has been done and secondly with a date for when the report will be ready. Due to your mess up I expect that the report will be prioritized and available by COB Friday. You have already wasted my time over the past three days so make it up with whatever means - pay your assessor overtime if you must. I expect this done!
