Poor service and communication.
Its been almost 4 months and i haven't heard a word from Budget about getting my excess back. They are just mute,not even a simple email or text to let me know they are working on it. Everytime i call Budget to find out about progress to get my excess back, they tell me they will contact me and update me and they never do. How long must i wait to get my excess back? At the least keep me updated.
