Poor service after seven years

After having a policy with Budget Insurance for more than seven years I am extremely disappointed. I relocated, informed them about my relocation to another provice and this information was not captured on their system. Everytime I was called they referred to the old address. We did a annual review on my policy in October 2025 and the amount was decreased only for a month in November 2025, after that it increased by almost a R1 000 in December 2025. I called them and they informed there's nothing they can do about it, even one of the consultants who works for Budget agreed that this is a ridiculous amount.

I've had a policy with Budget insurance for more than seven years and now this is the amount of ******* I have to put up with. I'm currently doing some quotations with another insurer because this nonsense cannot be accepted.
