Poor service

It has been almost two weeks since I have been waiting for the policy schedule from Budget insurance since started requesting for the schedule around the 11th of July have been promised that it will be sent to me by one of their agent lathavie mintoor nothing happened did a follow up on the 12th they told me that i will get it on the 15 i then did a follow up again calling them since they do not communicate anything with me. spoke to several agents with no luky i added up asking for the team leader they then referred me to Sindi who is the team leader who gave me a summary of the policy schedule while looking for the full policy schedule. I am really not happy with the kind of service they are providing shame which means a claim will take 5 years if they fail on a small thing like a policy schedule of the month i paid for. this is my policy number ***2
