Poor service

Poor service, up until now my claim for my excess fee has not commenced. I have been calling doing follow ups and everytime I'm told the legal department has not received my documents. It's been two months no update whatsoever, I need to be told the reason why legal Department has not received my documents, I called this morning and I was taken from pilar to post, by Michael, lungile Ndlovu and verishka. This is just poor services not update whatsover, instead just excuse and shift of blame
