Poor service

On the 25/10/2022 I had a claim for my laptop that it's been ****** I gave them the case what happened they registered the claim the following day they send email to rejected claims and they say I must my story its not enough I must change it cause there was not inforce or broken that it's showing that the vehicle it's been opened and its not for the first time three years back I claimed for the vehicle damage also it was rejected and i have been paying them for more than 4 years now, I need all my premium that I have paid
