Poor service

Today marks exactly a month since I submitted my claim and up to today nothing have happened to my car and it’s very disappointing bcoz I’m paying a lot extra money to transport my son to and from school everyday and yet i have been paying my insurance without any problem. I contacted the panel beater and they said they haven’t started fixing my car bcoz they are waiting to get go ahead from budget😡😡. This is not a good insurance now I’m spending R300 a day just for transport. To make matters worse, I have insured my business with then but I’m getting this poor service
