Poor service

I took a credit shortfall for my car with budget, car got written off last month and the comprehensive insurance paid then the was a shortfall now budget says the claim was approved but they wont pay the shortfall in full and i work for an insurance company and we do sell the credit shortfall cover i know exactly how it works, so if you thinking of taking a shortfall cover rather take it with your bank just to be on the safe side
