Poor service

I joined budget from 2017 .they call me on the 2017 to take car to glasfit for check I do that and found everything is right. On the 2022 February my ****** and recovered by police. I make a claim from budget I think they will helping me. Budget took my car for 3 months they only aproove battery and spare wheel. They told me that there other dent it shows that happened for long time. I do ask them that if it happens long time why iwas driving the car. No car can be drive without wipers in South Africa, police will arrest me Budget didn't fix my car. Until I pay the access to get my car back from the panelbeaters. For 6years paying R1200.00 every month no skip but I got a poor service like this. I complain several times to them but no action. They keep on say we will call back no one call me. Know when I call the once the put me to complain department I left I'd no they drop me. Poor service
