Poor Service

Absolutely the most poorest, most pathetic service ever experienced from BUDGET INSURANCE. They take forever to answers calls As I finally get through one of the consultants assist to cancel my policy only to find out an hour later when I FOLLOWED up on the cancellation letter that the policy is still active... Absurd Again nou Service. Ofnit wasn't for me myself that followed up would the policy be still active.... BUDGET HAS NO ACCURATE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... And bad enough is it my first time taking out a policy.... Luckily stopped it....
