Poor service

I'm with budget insurance, My car went for a repair with one of their selected panel beaters, its about 8 weeks now and my car is not yet finished just for a miner repair, the budget repair complaint department they are not doing as much to follow up or to push their panel beater, they keep on listening to excuses that they get from their panel beater, I'm fighting this battle alone, I don't see the purpose or importance of their complainant centre From the 20th June 2018 until now, I don't have may car.
