POOR Service
I called in canceling my policy with budget insurance because I have received a cheaper insurance on Hippo.com.The premium of R1200 was deducted in my account on the 15th of February since I'm getting paid on the 15th and I thought the premium will cover me the whole month but I was told the premium will cover me till the 28th of February
My concern is that the R1200 premium it's for 15days? So if I was continuing with budget that means I had to pay another R1200 monthend to cover me til my payday.. It's a ****************.Im not happy with their service will not recommend to anyone its expensive
