Poor service

I got into an accident and while you were busy with my claims I kept on calling you guys and you kept on changing people who were handling my claim and kept on telling me , you will call me or email me but they never did, until I got a message from Auction Nation in centurion that I must come take my car cause my claim was rejected and they can offer me R15k to buy my car. Even today my insurance hasn't called me or sent an email.i called them and I asked to speak with the manager but they couldn't take me through infact they indirectly refused caused they just transferred me to another person who was not a manager... yhooooo I regret ever being with this insurance. On top of that they deducted the money for my car yhooooo.
