Poor service

Title: Unacceptable Service from Budget Insurance I recently had a terrible experience with Budget Insurance. After submitting a claim following an accident, they rejected my claim without valid reasons. To make matters worse, while my vehicle was in their custody, my petrol pump was ******.

After prolonged complaining and fighting, they eventually offered a payout, but it was significantly less than the quotation I received from VW. The lack of transparency and poor communication throughout the process was appalling.

Budget Insurance's handling of my claim was unacceptable. I would not recommend them to anyone.
