Poor service

I had spoken to a cancellations consultant at Budget Insurance and it was indicative of the service they over poor and rude. He was respectful and full of attitude. I requested that my policy with Budget be discontinued as I was not informed of the night time access applicable . As per the prior consultant I was told read my policy . This information was to be communicated and made understood before taking up the policy. I should of known that budget would fail to meet the promises and requirements they promised. I will not recommend them to anyone.
