POOR RESPONSE FROM BUDGET AND COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIKON
i had an accident on the 10th October and until now my car is still sitting with Budget Car Insurance NOT REPAIRED . Contractradicting information received from both Budget Car Insurance and the Asesment Centre.Budget could'nt answer me a simple question :"how do you no that due to the impact of accident has not damaged or shorterned the life span of any part or parts"

As per our telephonic discussion, it is noted that you have reported your concerns to the Ombudsman for Short Term insurance.
When a matter is with the Ombudsman we will not intervene until such time that the the Ombudsman has closed their file on the matter.
