Poor repair work

My vehicle was recently involved in an accident and was subsequently approved for repairs. While I appreciate that the repair work was completed, I’ve encountered a serious issue since receiving the vehicle back — it shakes noticeably while idling. Rivonia Renew It informed me that the issue was due to worn engine mountings. However, given that the vehicle is relatively new, this explanation didn’t quite make sense to me, so I took it to Toyota for a second opinion. The Toyota mechanic identified the following issues: Engine mountings are bent Gearbox mountings are also bent Right lower control arm is bent Window washer bottle is cracked Steering wheel is misaligned I’m grateful for the work done, but unfortunately, the repairs have not restored the vehicle to its pre-accident condition. None of these problems existed prior to the accident, and as it stands, the vehicle is currently undriveable.
