Poor quality of work

Being made desperate by an insurance company is painfully unbearable come to think of the promises they make when you first join. this is the 3rd day now after sending through a claim for tyre and mag insurance which looks like it does not work. I am currently driving without a spare wheel because of Budget insurance. Every time i call Budget i get promises and promises that never get delivered and i have lost all patience with Budget because now i don't even know who to call. I wonder if this is not one of the ways Budget is showing a middle finger to it's clients. Why would a tyre claim take this long? i have reached boiling point and cooling point at the same time and all that comes to my mind is to leave Budget with peace before i say something i will regret.
