Poor, pathetic service

I submitted a claim on 02 May 2022 year it's still not finalized. Complaints was submitted and I was told Complaints dept doesn't have anything to do with sales process. How pathetic because sales is the core of the business. Still waiting

I don't trust budget at all. Premium increased with a third of total amount and no clear answers but they're quick to deduct without you giving permission for direct debit
