Poor levels of Service

Sometime in December I was involved in a car accident, I called my insurer, Budget, was assisted and informed to take my car to Faber Coach works in Lansowne as they would be responsible for fixing it. After taking my car there it was repaired, however when I got it back I quickly realised that there was a funny noise coming from the wheel bearings and the brakes. I notified Faber Coach works whom then informed me to take the car back so that they could have a look at what the cause could be. I took the car did a test drive with the guy who had done the repair work to it, he too heard the sound took the car in and tried to fix it, we did another test drive and we both realised the sound had still been there. Again he did the same thing on our last test drive nothing had changed. I informed budget of this as they had asserted that if the standard of work carried out was not on par the car would be taken back and Budget would provide me a courtesy vehicle this has not happened and as such I am taking my car to Nissan for a service and hope they can fix whatever it is that is wrong. I have now begun the process of reviewing my future as a Budget client as their service is really bad.
