Poor customer service exploit new drive , new car owner .
The service from budget insurance is really bad , I started my insurance on the 31 /08/2023 it ended 30/11/2023 debit order of R1531.67 was involved in a accident 21/10/2023. 7 July 2024 Budget Insurance never solved my case of the accident now Discovery insurance is calling telling me budget insurance says wasn't covered at that time , I really don't advice new drives or car owners to get involved with Budget insurance.

13 Aug 2024, 21:59This is the poor customer service , i wanted everyone to see since i complained on the 22 July 2024 a poor service about BUDGET INSURNACE they haven't got back to me or made any thing to solve this issue .
so i would advise new drivers to take this insurance , want to make sure that the world sees this !!!
