poor customer service and failure to manage their approved repair shops.

been with this insurance for 5 years, had a minor accident in October 2018. my car was not repaired properly. i have written to them and made couple of calls, to date, my cr is still not fixed, with NO fail been paying +/+2000k monthly and they failed to do right with just one incident that costed them +/- 30 000K. yess you had me right, i was insured with them for 5 years. as a resulted, i have cancel my insurance with them. its not worth it.
