Poor customer service

Service delivery is PUTRID, for lack of a better word. Constant calls when they are trying to get you to sign with them but once you need assistance or initiated a claim they are like GHOSTS. I am the one constantly having to make up follow-up calls and it is always the same ridiculous "your claim is with a senior representative, so we can't see any further notes.'' WHY have a separate claims call centre if they can't provide you with the needed information? RIDICULOUS.
