Poor customer satisfaction by budget insurance..

Absolutely poor service from budget.. if I could give 0 stars I would.. after 2 hello Peter complaints. There is still no contact from.. it can never take this long for one insurance to claim for another insurance.. my insurance is paid every month on time and in full.. so please look after your people and don't rob them.. contact ***. Also note that I have already sent the ID number along with the policy number.. so don't ask me for that again. Maybe I should just contact the ombudsman
