Poor customer care

They called me and gave me a quote for my car, I explained that I currently had a car insurance and needed to cancel with them first before I could start with theirs. They proceeded to debit money for that month even though I sent the person helping me an email requesting change of start date since I couldn't cancel my car insurance with the company I was currently insured with.
