Poor customer 3
I am a client with budget and since last year November i am bugging them to help me claim 3rd party from the person who crashed me and they can't help. The person who smashed my car doesn't want to report the accident to his insurance. I have the police report of the incident and his personal details but budget said they is nothing they can do. i am disappointed to a point where i don't want to pay for them anymore.
