Poor communication from Buget Insurance regarding premium increase

I regret joining Budget Insurance. I've been with Budget insurance since 2022 in August when I bought my car, I've never made a single claim before & my license is almost 3 years. Today when I logged into my account, I noticed they've increased my premiums by almost R400, no communication at all was made to notify me of such drastic changes to my monthly premiums, had I not checked my account today I would have been surprised on the day Budget Insurance debits my account. And unfortunately I could not even reach them telephonically because it's after working hours. I'm truly disappointed at their lack of communication & moreover very appalled that instead of my insurance premiums decreasing over time, they keep on increasing them yearly, I am now sitting on R2150.31. Truly disappointed. Looking to change car insurances.
