Poor communication and inaccurate

Budget insurance indicated to me that il qualify for the discount on my car insurance after 7 months, then I sent them an email that its been 7 months, then they rep**** that m discounted 10% on my monthly premium, now today they send me new documents with the same information, instead of R1800 per month the documents still says R2034.00. I sent the email to question their documents but no reply or call to confirm the new monthly premium. I find these guys failing me, there is no proper communication. They will never call even if you can ask to be called back for clarity.
