Poor claims process

Very very poor service. My brother has been waiting for a month for a submitted claim. No response no communication. When you call they say the claim is with the investigator, the investigator will contact by the end of the day. Its been the end of the day for 2 weeks and no one calls back. Extremely disappointed as I was the one that recommended Budget to him
