Poor, bad service
Received a very bad service. Was involved in an accident around 17:15. Whrn to the nerest police station to report the incident. Client service no said I should call btwn 08:00 and 18:00. I submitted claim online same day, they only called me the next day at 11:38. Now is 18:42, I requested courtesy car and till now, they never called to check how bad is my car and am not comfortable driving around with this car.
It was my desperate moment for me and I got no support from Budget Insurance.....
