Poor and Bad Service

I have been with Budget Insurance for over 4 years without a claim. They have insured 2 x Vehicles, property and home content, extended mechanical warranty for two vehicles. NOTE: I have never missed any payment from the effect of those insurance covers. My problem started when I had to claim for minor damage on one of my vehicles. Budget Insurance / Assessor have colluded with the panel beating company to repair my vehicle with PIRATE SECOND HAND PARTS thinking that I was not going to see it because my wife took the car to the panel beater company. My car had to return two times to the panel beater because of the bad workmanship. The worst thing is that when I confronted the panel beater company about PIRATE SECOND HAND PARTS that were put on my car, they admitted that and said "it is what was agreed and approved by the assessor". Now I have been sent to pillar to post and dealing with unreliable Internal Dispute Resolution Consultant, setting dates and targets but failed to meet them. This is very disappointing and unacceptable.
