I claimed from my VAP cover with budget on the 13th of November 2023 but now they're refusing to payout. Theyre being adamant with using their own panelbeater after I've previously stated that the reason i took this cover was to be free from paying expensive panelbeaters, to be secure and to be assured should anything happen to my car & tires!
I've contacted them three times; on the 24th of October 2023 (when wanted to cancel this vap and take it with a dif company), 13th of November 2023 (when was claiming) & 17th of November 2023(when I told Slippie that I have my own quote and he said I should send it because there is an option to go use my own panelbeater as long as their registered).
Now Tumo Sehlabo is refusing to payout and understand that their consultants advised me to stay with budget they will do better (after raising the fact that you're always giving me HELL when wanting to use my own panelbeater).
I knew that this company is hell when claiming but didn't think it'd be worse after being asked by your own consultant to give you ANOTHER CHANCE AND AFTER AGREEING THAT I COULD USE MY OWN PANELBEATER.
Tumo is giving me a hassle & forcing me to take MY CAR to your expensive panel beaters AUTO MAGIC? I had a bad experience with them when I took my car to them so I WONT DARE TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY BECAUSE OF YOU!
I want to choose which panel beaters I take MY CAR to and you pay out the money (AS YOUR CONSULTANT CLEARLY SAID) and as you've done for previous claims. Payout Budget so that I DO NOT HAVE YO DEAL WITH YOUR UNREASONABLE SELVES AND CANCEL THIS COVER. I'VE NEVER MISSED A PREMIUM AND HAVE ALWAYS PAID ON TIME! YOU have my banking details (where you debit your money every month) & you know how much you have to transfer.
I won't allow you to play games with me budget when I am your client who put you on a pedestal & actually took a cover with you and stayed!
I need my car to be fixed urgently.
