Policy updates

Since December been trying to get new equipment onto policy. Leasing house will not release payment because Budget continously put the incorrect details onto the policy . Get transferred from person to person and to date no-one can assist with simply putting the right equipment on the policy as per the supplier. Leasing house refuses to pay supplier until they see the right equipment and details are insured - I have struggled and the supplier has struggled and the leasing house has struggle to get Budget to simply update the policy correctly - I just had the phone put down in me when trying to speak to budget - VERY RUDE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
