Policy have been cancelled with NO refund

I had an insurance policy with budget 2-3years ago.<br> <br> After budget I got a new policy via Virgin Insurance, well that policy was also cancelled. However Virgin paid back all installments paid to them. they have refunded me in total amount paid to them on a monthly basis.<br> <br> With Budget, I've requested the same because of they cancelled the policy on their behalf, according to them mislead on policy regulations. I have proof where I cancelled the policy, to date I have received ZERO communication from them. To my knowledge if the policy is cancelled or have been cancelled they need to refund their client. <br> <br> I also have all e-mail communications between us with delivery and read reports.<br> I have also sent follow up mails and still no response from them. this follow up mails also have delivery and read reports.<br> <br> I'm really fed-up and seriously don't know what to do anymore.<br> <br> If someone from the insurance company can just give feedback or if I can have the matter resolved in a prompt manner.<br> <br> To my knowledge they need to pay me back. and this has been dragging for years.<br> <br>
