Policy cancellation

I requested a call back 3 weeks ago, but no one got back to me. I called in on Saturday, ran out of airtime while speaking to a consultant, still he didn't call me back. I requested a call back again yesterday, but nobody called me. I called in , line cut again because I waited for over 10 minutes to speak to a consultant.

I would like to cancel my insurance and get a refund for the month of March.

Can I please get assistance
