Policy Cancellation
I cancelled my policy with Budget, but I can still log into my dashboard and the policy says it's active. My policy cancellation letter says it will be cancelled at midnight on the 1st of January 2020. If I get debited at the end of this month, there is going to be a serious problem. I want this policy cancelled today. Immediately.
