Please stay away from budget insurance

Please stay away from budget insurance they are useless and helpless they act like they doing you a favour when they getting paid for the job. I'm trying to do a third party claim cause one of their clients drove into me at a robot on the 8th of August 2021 its been a month and I'm sitting without a vehicle. Every time I call they are rude and arrogant. They tell me I must take my own insurance and cut the call on me on more than one occasion. They tell me if they reject the claim I must fix the car on my own. When I asked to speak to her manager she gave me a phone number that doesn't exist USELESS ARROGANT IDIOTS THAT WORKS THERE!!

PLEASE DON'T INSURE ANYTHING THROUGH BUDGET INSURANCE. RATHER USE OUTSURANCE I'VE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEM
